season – at ‘The Fish House’ in Marsh Harbour, or fresh fish.  If I am really lucky, Gary brings home the fresh fish!…but I also have several sources for fresh fish that I have shared under the same ‘Seafood’ link above.  We usually add simple side dishes and enjoy a cocktail while the food is cooking.   Click here for some of our favorite Rum Punch recipes.

The view from all of our kitchens is spectacular!  You won’t even mind doing the dishes with such a nice setting!
