We recently booked them for a ‘Romantic Dinner for Two’ as a birthday gift.  We were not there to try it, but asked for pictures, and we can report that the birthday girl was very impressed.  They said the food was comparable to the finest restaurants in their home city of New York!  We are SO lucky to have this talent in Abaco and available to our guests to make a special occasion even more special!

First I want to show you the pictures from the ‘Romantic Dinner for Two,’ and I will follow it with the ‘Private Catering Options’ by Trio Culinary.

This was the menu prepared by Chef Demeko at Camp David for the ‘Romantic Dinner for Two:’

Amuse:  Chilled Watermelon Mojiot with Fresh Mint

Course 1:  Slow Roasted Conch and Corn Bisque with Crispy Conch

Course 2:  Locally grown Greens with Shaved Garden Vegetables and Passion-Dill Vinaigrette

Intermezzo:  Mango Sorbet with Champagne & Strawberry

Course 3:  Local Butter Grilled Lobster Tail with Fennel Ragout & Caramelized Lemon

Course 4:  Thyme Rubbed Pork Medallion with Roasted Parsnip & Apple Compote

Dessert:  Decadent Chocolate Cake

I wish I had pictures of the Bisque, Salad and Mango Sorbet.  They said everything was beautifully presented!
