Abaco Palms – 4br/4ba
A luxurious, fully air conditioned, 4 Bedroom, 4+ Bath Home on a BEAUTIFUL white sand beach at Casuarina Point. Rental includes use of a 16′ Carolina Skiff -moored in front, 4 kayaks (one tandem) and 2 paddle boards, and there is a 6 person Vita Spa hot tub on the spacious main deck.
Abaco Palms is ideal for accommodating larger groups or even multiple families. It has a large common area for gathering and enjoying time together, but also offers private balconies in the 2 master suites for couples staying upstairs.
Kokomo – 2br/2ba
A luxurious, fully air conditioned, 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath Home on a BEAUTIFUL white sand beach at Casuarina Point. Kokomo features 2 master bedrooms with king size beds and direct views of the beach and ocean. Rental includes use of a 16′ Carolina Skiff (moored in front), kayaks and paddle boards.
Kokomo is ideal for the small to mid-sized family or for one or two couples. With a comfortable chaise lounge and hot tub with a view on the deck there may be days when you decide not to put your feet in the sand.
Calypso – 4br/2.5ba
Calypso is the perfect family vacation beach house. With open vaulted ceilings on the second floor, this house has aspects that give it more of the feel of a fishing lodge while maintaining the fineries of a luxury vacation spot. Calypso can sleep 10 with 2 bedrooms with one bath on the main floor and 2 bedrooms with one bath on the top floor, plus bathroom facilities on the beach level. Calypso feature a brand new kitchen with custom cabinets and granite counter tops, a hot tub on the deck, a 16′ Carolina Skiff moored out front, kayaks, and paddle boards. Camp David – 3br/3.5ba
Camp David is FINISHED and FABULOUS! It has two master bedrooms with king beds, en suite baths and HUGE windows facing the ocean, and the 3rd bedroom has twin beds and an en suite bath. Camp David is fully air conditioned, beautifully furnished with Tommy Bahama furniture, custom cabinets, granite counter tops, 4 flat screen TVs, large gas grill on the deck, 2 paddle boards, 2 kayaks (a tandem and a single), and a 16′ Carolina Skiff with a 25HP motor moored out front for exploring the neighborhood. There is a large covered deck with a 6 person Vita Spa hot tub where you can relax and take in the view under the beautiful, mature, coconut trees. Bridge House – 4br/4.5ba
The Bridge House at Schooner Bay is currently under construction. It will feature 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. Available for rental in 2014. Check back for pictures and updates.
