Privacy Policy

Information you give us

• When you send an inquiry or booking request: your name, email address, and message, plus anything else you choose to include, such as your phone number, the house you're interested in, your dates, and the number of adults and children.
• When you check availability: the house, your dates, and your party size. We don't ask for your name or email to check availability.
• When you book: the details we need to manage your stay, such as your contact information, mailing address, and booking and payment records. We don't store credit card numbers.

Information collected automatically

• Google Analytics measures how visitors use the site, such as pages viewed and the general location and type of device. It uses cookies to do this.
• If you arrive from one of our ads, we save the ad's click identifier and campaign details (and the page that referred you) in your browser, and include them with your inquiry. This tells us which ads bring guests to us.
• Cloudflare Turnstile checks that form submissions come from a person rather than a bot. It processes your IP address and browser details to do this.
• Our servers keep short-term technical logs, including IP addresses, to keep the site secure and working.
• Guests who sign in to the guest resources page receive a cookie that keeps them signed in for 30 days.

How we use information

• To answer your questions, prepare quotes, and manage your booking and stay.
• To send you a copy of your request and messages about your stay.
• To understand which advertising and website pages work, so we can improve them.
• To protect the site from spam and abuse.

We use past guest correspondence to help us answer common questions consistently. We don't sell your information.

Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers that help us run the business:

• Amazon Web Services hosts the website and stores inquiries and booking records, and sends our email.
• Google provides analytics and advertising. When you send an inquiry or book after clicking one of our ads, we tell Google that the click led to an inquiry or booking. We may include a scrambled (hashed) version of your email address, which Google uses only to match the conversion to its own records.
• Cloudflare provides spam protection on our forms.

We may also disclose information when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry and guest records while they're useful for answering you and managing stays, and for our business records. Backups are kept for up to 35 days. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your choices

• You can ask to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you by emailinginfo@abacopalms.com.
• You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. You can opt out of Google Analytics withGoogle's browser add-on, and control ad personalization in your Google account'sad settings.

Children

The site isn't directed to children, and we don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes

We'll post any changes to this policy on this page and update the date at the top.
